How to make a perfect omelet

Omelets have always been a favourite food to eat for breakfast. How do you make them perfect? There are many recipes and methods I tried, but none worked. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

It is important to know that eggs can be temperamental when making omelets. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. If they are not kept cold enough, the whites won’t form properly. The yolks will also break down too quickly and become runny. Your omelets will look strangely colored if this happens. If you plan to cook the eggs right away, it is best to use room temperature eggs.

You can also separate the egg before you add it to the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, microwave the egg for 10 seconds before adding it to the pan. The heat from the microwave cooks the egg just enough without overcooking it.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. When you mix eggs together, you want to beat them well. To do this, grab the bowl of the mixer and turn it upside down. Now shake the bowl vigorously. This way, the air inside the bowl gets whipped around and mixes the egg thoroughly.
