what are the importance of cooking methods and techniques

Brooke Williamson, Rodney Scott, Carson Kressley, and Rodney Scott will judge again. They will be judging a new category: sauces This show should not be missed! You can tune in to Food Network to find out which chef wins the top prize.

Erica Blaire Roby

Roby has a more extensive background in cooking than most people believe. She recently appeared on Blue Smoke Grill's Food Network episode. She learned from some of the greatest chefs in the world and received a $7,500 Preserve the Pit grant. Her barbecue skills were put to the test as she competed against some of the nation's top chefs. Roby was up against tough competition, but she persevered, even with a broken finger.

Roby is a psychology grad and has worked both as a wine expert, as well criminal defense attorney. Prior to competing on Food Network, she had spent some time working as a sommelier, pairing wines with foods. This gave her the chance of regaining her passion for cooking. Roby's father was a barbeque joint owner, so her passion for grilling came naturally.

Roby started cooking barbecue, despite having a career in law. Roby was inspired by her father’s dream to open a barbecue restaurant. Roby took a course in barbecue cooking with celebrity pitmaster Harry Soo. She became a certified barbecue pitmaster, and soon began working at a barbecue restaurant.

Barbecue was a hobby that she began to enjoy and then became a passion. She began by making dishes on her back deck. She then went on to compete at barbecue competitions all across the country, where she cooked alongside some of the most renowned pit masters in America. She has since opened several pop-ups all around Dayton. She hopes to one day open a food truck.

Team Brawl vs. Team Brawl vs.

Food Network BBQ Team Brawl will host its third season. Two of the top chefs in the country will compete to win the ultimate grilling title. Anne Burrell (and Jet Tila) will battle Bobby Flay (and Team Anne) in a dinner-party brawl. Matt Roth, the Austin-based Smokin Beauty co-owner with Thao, returns to "BBQ Brawl" and will be back in the new season.

Ann advised the contestants what they should make, while Jet and Team Bobby let the participants choose. Team Bobby made a mess of his ceviche and lost some meat. Team Anne is now ahead by a lot. Anne even leapt down on Team Bobby's throat while he was reaching to get an ingredient.

The new season of BBQ Team Brawl will feature some familiar faces, as with all Food Network competitions. Lee Ann Whippen has been competing in barbecuing over 23 years and will serve as Team Anne's judge. She is also the managing director of Deviled Pig in Tampa, and a judge at the Kansas City Barbecue Society. She has won several state and national barbecue championships.

Flay vs Symon was another contest for the best barbecue sandwich. Lee Ann chose a traditional approach to the sandwich while Susie chose an exotic one. Although the judges liked her pork belly mi, they thought it was too thick. Team Anne's hamburger was tasty, juicy, and served on a solid bun.
