You can pound the steak yourself if the thickness is a concern. Use a large, serrated knife to avoid tearing through the meat. Once the steak is pounded, turn the steak over and continue the process on the opposite side. This is a fast and easy way to prepare a tender piece of beef. The aroma will fill your kitchen and the steak will be ready within minutes.

The minute steak is an excellent option for a fast meal. It is quick to prepare and takes only 15 minutes. It is also cheaper than other cuts of beef. It is susceptible to overcooking due to its thinness. Two to three minutes is the ideal time for minute steaks to be cooked. You can then add butter or ketchup to the steaks and some liquid smoke.

You can also call it cube steak or round steak. This is the smallest type of beef. It is usually cut from the top sirloin. It is typically less than one-quarter inches thick. Its thinness makes it a great choice for busy cooks and budget-conscious individuals. You can make a healthy and delicious meal if you adhere to the cut guidelines. You do not need to be a skilled chef to enjoy this type of meat.

How To

How to make a perfect Omelette

Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. But how do you make them perfectly? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. I have some tips and tricks to help you make delicious, fluffy omelets every single morning.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. The eggs must be fresh from an organic source and kept at room temperature until they are ready to be cooked. The yolks and whites will not form properly if they aren't kept cold enough. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

You might also try separating the egg before adding to the pan. It is important not to allow any white to mix with the yolk as this could lead to the omelet becoming curdled.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.

Let's now talk about mixing eggs. When mixing eggs, it is important to thoroughly beat them. You can do this by turning the bowl of your mixer upside down. Then shake the bowl vigorously. This way, the air inside the bowl gets whipped around and mixes the egg thoroughly.

Now it's time to have fun: pour the milk into the mixture. Fold the eggs in the milk mixture by first pouring half of it into the egg whites. Do not be alarmed if there are still egg streaks visible. Once the omelet flips, these streaks will disappear.

After folding the eggs, place the pan on medium heat and wait for the oil to start sizzling. When the oil is hot enough, add 1/4 cup butter to the pan. Stir it around until the butter covers the entire pan. Carefully open the pan's lid and add salt to the pan. Salt will prevent the omelet sticking to the pan.

Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Flip the omelet by using a spatula. Cook the second side for a minute or so. Serve immediately after removing the omelet from its pan.

This recipe works best when you use whole milk.
